SPA POLICIES
Arrival: I want to make sure that every single moment of your allotted appointment time is spent on you. To that end, at the time of your first visit, please plan on arriving 10 minutes early for paperwork completion. You will fill out paperwork one time and we will review it each time you come in for a service. All paperwork is kept confidential.
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you and each appointment is precisely timed. Therefore, if you arrive late, your service may be shortened accordingly.
Cancellations: Missed appointments are a loss for everyone. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please kindly provide at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another client.
No shows and cancellation without 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
REFERRAL DISCOUNT
Imagine getting a Brazilian wax for free? I offer a referral discount for my clients who refer others for services. For each new client referred, you get a one-time credit for the value of their first service (up to $70). For example, if one of your friends comes in for a Brazilian wax and gives your name as the referral source, you will receive a $70 credit to use on your next appointment.
